Terms of Service

By accessing or using enneagramfree.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Enneagram Free provides:

• A free Enneagram assessment — a 45-question test that estimates your Enneagram type, available without an account.
• Learning content — articles and modules about the Enneagram, your type, wings, and related topics.
• Paid expert subscriptions — practitioners may subscribe to publish modules and reach an audience on the platform.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid subscribers.

You do not need an account to take the test. If you create one, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your password confidential and not share your account with others
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create a free account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid subscription or to publish content as an expert. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the site through automated means without our written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or experts
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except as permitted by law

If you submit, post, or publish content on the Service, you also agree not to provide content that:

• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person
• Is defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Makes medical, psychological, or health claims that are false, misleading, or unsubstantiated
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

We may review, refuse, or remove any content, and suspend or terminate any account, that we believe violates these Terms.

Some features — primarily expert publishing tools — require a paid subscription.

• Billing — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Auto-renewal — subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Renewal charges use the payment method on file. When you subscribe, you affirmatively agree to these automatic renewal terms.
• Cancellation — you can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked from your subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you keep access until then.
• Refunds — we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the situation in good faith.
• Price changes — we may change subscription prices. We will notify you in advance, and price changes apply to the next renewal after the notice period.
• Taxes — prices may not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.

If you subscribe as an expert to publish modules or other content, the following additional terms apply:

• Review and removal — we may review, decline, edit, or remove any module or other content at our discretion.
• No guarantee of results — we do not guarantee any audience, reach, engagement, or earnings from publishing on the Service.
• Your responsibility — you are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the content you publish, and for holding any professional licenses or credentials you reference.
• Independent relationship — you are an independent party. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Enneagram Free.
• No endorsement — we do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any expert, their credentials, or the content they publish.

The Service — including the assessment, scoring algorithms, written content, design, code, logos, and trademarks — is owned by Enneagram Free or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as expert-authored modules, profile text, or messages). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and sublicense that content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license for any content you submit.

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without restriction or obligation to you.

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at contact@enneagramfree.com that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Service
• Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

The Enneagram assessment and related content are provided for personal exploration, self-reflection, and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice and do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or clinical advice or diagnosis.

If you are struggling with mental health, please consult a qualified professional. Do not rely on test results to make medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions.

Modules and other content published by experts or other users reflect the views of their authors, not Enneagram Free. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, qualifications, or credentials of any expert or the content they publish, and the disclaimers in this section apply to that content as well.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enneagram Free and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Enneagram Free and its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Content you submit, post, or publish
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party

We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of those claims.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service — including paid features — at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

If we suspend or terminate a paid subscription for any reason other than your breach of these Terms or unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct, we will refund the unused, prepaid portion of your subscription fee on a pro-rata basis.

On termination, we may remove or continue to display content you published; any license you granted for content that remains visible continues for that content.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and associated personal data, contact us at contact@enneagramfree.com or through the contact form; we will process the request within 30 days. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, give reasonable notice (for example, by email to account holders or a banner on the site).

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Forsyth County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

• Entire agreement — these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Enneagram Free regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
• Severability — if any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver — our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment — you may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
